We prioritize keeping you rolling so most of the time flats can be repaired same day. Many small jobs can be completed within a day or two. Bigger repairs or special orders might take a little longer, depending on parts availability. During the spring wait times usually increase.

Back In Black's does not service, sell, repair, or maintain e-bikes. Our bike shop specializes in traditional bicycles and focuses on providing expert parts, repair, and maintenance services for non-electric bikes.

At Back In Black's, we understand the importance of safeguarding your bike during the repair process. Due to limited storage space as a small shop, we hold unclaimed bikes for a period of six months from the date the repair work is completed. Throughout this time, we make frequent attempts to contact the bike’s owner using the information provided. If we are unable to reach the owner within this six-month timeframe, Back In Black's reserves the right to make a final decision regarding the disposition of the bike. This policy ensures we can continue to serve all customers efficiently while managing our available space responsibly.
