At Back in Black’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every refurbished bike we sell is carefully inspected, tuned, and test-ridden before it leaves our shop.

Returns and Refunds

 

Because each bike is unique and pre-owned, all bike sales are final. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 30-day service guarantee:

• If your bike experiences a mechanical issue related to our repair or setup within 30 days of purchase, bring it back and we will fix it at no cost.

• This guarantee covers workmanship and adjustments only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.
