We’re proud to offer shipping for our refurbished bikes across Canada. Each bike is prepared and packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and ready to ride.

Shipping Area

 

We currently ship bikes within Canada only. Local pickup at our Dauphin location is also available at no additional cost.

Processing and Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.

• Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Packaging and Assembly

 

Bikes are shipped partially assembled for safe transport. Minor reassembly, such as attaching handlebars or pedals, may be required upon arrival. Assembly instructions are included, and our team is available to assist by phone or email if needed.

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Damaged Shipments

 

If your bike arrives damaged, please:​

1. Take clear photos of the box and the damaged areas.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure your concerns are addressed promptly.
